I’m a flight attendant and we have a layover in Columbus, OH. Behind our hotel is a market with all sorts of food vendors. One is called Hoyo’s Kitchen, it’s Ethiopian food. I’m addicted!! I get their flavored rice and lentils and garbanzo beans. I want to make it all at home so much, I’m thinking this might be the recipe to try!! Thank you!!
