Hi Connie,

If you don&#039;t have fresh ginger, you can use 2 teaspoons of ground ginger. However, please keep in mind that ground ginger is milder in flavour than fresh ginger, so it&#039;s not a direct substitute for fresh ginger. Using it can result in a pepper sauce that is less flavourful.]]></description>
