- 2 cups blueberries
- 2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Wash the blueberries thoroughly and pour them into a mixing bowl. Add the lemon juice and Greek yogurt to the blueberries. Using a spoon, gently coat the blueberries with the lemon juice and yogurt.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Use a spoon to scoop each yogurt-coated blueberry onto the parchment paper.
Place the cookie sheet with the blueberries in the freezer for one hour or more to freeze. Serve once frozen and store leftovers in the freezer.
