Combine the milk and eggs in a mixing bowl and use a whisk to mix until smooth.
Add the honey, maple syrup, oil, and vanilla extract to the milk mixture and mix everything together.
In a separate bowl, combine the rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
Pour half of the rolled oats mixture into a greased baking pan (I used a 9x14 inch baking pan that was about 2 inches deep).
Sprinkle about 1 cup of the mixed berries onto the oat mixture and gently press the big berries about halfway down into the mixture.
Pour half of the milk mixture onto the oats and berries in the baking pan.
Top with some of the sliced almonds.
Repeat the layer by pouring the remaining oat mixture on top, and then the mixed berries (press the big berries about halfway down into the mixture), the milk mixture, and the remaining sliced almonds.
Bake in a 350˚F preheated oven for 35 minutes or until set.
You can set the stove to low broil (about 1 minute) to make the top crispier and more golden brown.
Serve with yogurt, maple syrup, or both.
