Berry season is here, which means fresher, cheaper blueberries all summer long! I usually use blueberries for yogurt parfait but I decided to switch things up a bit and make these frozen yogurt-dipped blueberry bites instead. Since these frozen yogurt-dipped blueberry bites keep well in the freezer, you can make a big batch of them and have some whenever you want something sweet but healthy to snack on or for dessert.
No cooking is required to make these yogurt-dipped blueberry bites which is great for hot summer days when you don’t want to spend a lot of time in the kitchen. If you have kids, you can get them involved in making these yogurt-dipped blueberry bites. What kid doesn’t love to dunk and mix food?
